As far as I’m concerned, Bel-Nor is one of the best kept secrets in St. Louis. Every single house is vintage and unique, the winding streets are super cozy, and the location – within walking distance of UMSL – is hard to beat. I went to high school in this neighborhood and have spent a lot of time there over the years. It’s a beautiful place.
This cute little house sits on Bel-Nor’s main thoroughfare, though don’t expect speeding traffic. There are speed bumps the entire way! What you can expect is a tidy 1950s home with easy access to Metrolink and the entire UMSL campus, all at a price well below what it costs to live in the dorms. A very motivated seller makes this a truly fabulous deal, with a price drop of nearly $40,000…

If you’d like a buyer’s agent to show you this steal of a deal (with commission paid by the seller, of course), I’d be happy to help!
