No offense to architect Adrian Luchini, who designed this undeniably striking home in the heart of Tower Grove South, but this is the kind of house that people either love or hate. As the Post-Dispatch detailed in an article last year, the property has been on the market for a very long time – 500+ days to be exact. And even with a price reduction, it still hasn’t attracted a buyer.

Perhaps it’s the one-of-a-kind facade with a bold oriel window jutting out front. Or maybe it’s the single bedroom. It might even be that most of the surrounding homes are pre-1900 and brick, while this modern marvel dates from 2005 and is covered entirely in vinyl. Who knows? All I’m sure of is that unique houses need unique buyers, and there has to be one out there somewhere…

If you’d like a buyer’s agent to show you this unique city contemporary, I’d be happy to help!
