It may not sound like much, but let me tell you, there’s a HUGE bonus! Not only is this house the last one on a quiet, dead-end street. It’s also directly adjacent to 27 acres of magical forest and rolling pasture, all on common ground that you can explore at will!
How do I know this? Because this was MY magical forest growing up, when I lived just a block away from this house. I even knew the owners, the same people selling today, and I can promise you their property is a fabulous find.
It has been on the market 683 days, which is such a shame! Because you always can fix up a retro interior. But direct access to a secluded natural wonderland, complete with a creek, horse & hiking trails and awesome hills for snow sledding….WOW, that is definitely not easy to replicate! Especially at this price.
If I owned this place, I would build an addition on the south side, with a huge wall of windows facing the woods…
