If you’ve ever had a week where your to-do list just can’t fit one….more….thing, then you’ll understand why I’m behind on my blogging lately. I’ve been super busy, which is good, but I’ve still been keeping an eye out for unique properties! Here’s one that just came up today….

It’s a 1959 ranch with a very cool modern vibe, sitting on .58 acres just outside Kirkwood, on a bluff overlooking the valley below. It clearly needs some TLC, and it’s very close to Big Bend, but with a sweet bank-owned price of just $103,999 and a layout that’s oriented to the view out back, I’m sure you can make it work.

I just hope you like railroads, because there’s a track right behind the house. And I can’t verify this from the listing, but according to county records, it looks like the house also has a swimming pool and a separate apartment…
