Yes, as a matter of fact, I am in love with this kitchen. But that’s not a surprise, since I absolutely adore this whole subdivision.
Pine Meadows is a great little mid-century sleeper on the north edge of Ferguson, tucked away right next to St. Louis Community College @ Flo Valley. Besides the charming street names – Moonlight & Starlight – this small enclave is chock full of 1950s homes, all of which are very contemporary.
This one was built in 1954, and it’s a true raised ranch. You enter through the basement but the main living areas are actually upstairs. And the cool thing is, most of the rooms open to some kind of outdoor space and/or beautiful natural light.
Enjoy the inground pool or read a book on your private patio. The landscaping is quite lush. The only downside with this very cool house is highway noise, as 270 is literally right next door.
For some, that may be a deal-breaker. But if you can roll with it, you should definitely check out 1563 Starlight. This place offers a lot of style and square footage for the money!

If you’d like a buyer’s agent to show you this classic 50s home with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, I’d be happy to help!
