My friend Matt is one of those amazing guys who can build or fix just about anything. He and his wife also have impeccable taste (as evidenced by their own home), so needless to say, I was pretty excited to see their latest renovation project.
This 1907 brick house sits on one of the nicest streets in Ferguson, and Matt has basically gutted it from top to bottom. Besides the shiny custom kitchen, other new features include the roof, gutters, plumbing, electric, windows, HVAC, and half bath on the main floor. And let me be clear: the workmanship is top-notch!
I see a lot of rehabs where it’s obvious they cut corners. In Matt’s case, the quality and attention to detail is always exceptional.
But you don’t have to believe me! Come check it out yourself! 425 Church is open today 12-2, or you can call Matt at (314) 757-1720 for a private tour.
The house has 4 bedrooms & 1.5 baths in 1,900 square feet. It’s listed at $149,900 and is walking distance to the farmers market, library & local restaurants.
By the way, if you’re in the neighborhood, be sure to stop by my open house at 15 Birlin!! I’ll be there from 2-4 today…
