A True Man Cave: 3212 Locust

It’s one of the most overused terms in real estate, describing pretty much any room where a guy might watch television. But when it comes to “man caves,” this Midtown loft is the real deal.

Not only is it walking distance to Buffalo Brewing, the Chaifetz Arena, the Moto Museum and numerous bars & restaurants, but it also offers 2600 of living space and a hip, industrial vibe that’s decidedly masculine.

When you look at the building from the street, it’s hard to imagine that this enormous loft is inside. But indeed it is, complete with 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths!

I don’t know what this place was in its former life, or even how old it is, but the original tin ceilings are amazing!!

I also love the soaring ceilings and deep colors on the walls, which really do create a cozy cave atmosphere.

Of course, it could also be the fact that there are basically no windows here. Just large skylights. But that’s probably a good idea given this is a street-level condo.

3212 Locust is listed for $200,000 by Mark Johnson, Coldwell Banker Premier. If you’d like a buyer’s agent to show you this unique property, which could be a great live/work space, give me a call!
