All-Natural Mid-Mod: 2000 Rayner

June 11, 2013 , In: Residential Properties , With: No Comments

HOLY MOLY! What a month! First my husband had a medical emergency, then our house got smacked by a tornado, and then I wound up in the hospital myself!

Thankfully everything is fine with both health & home, but I’m still playing catch-up at work. I know I’ve missed some pretty sweet houses in the past few weeks, but hopefully this gorgeous Kirkwood sleeper will make up for it.

It’s kinda blah from the outside. You might even pass it up on first glance. But inside, WOW….

This here is a classic 1960 bi-level with fabulous modern lines!

Love the open layout and huge windows!

Also the gorgeous view out back…

The gardener in me is also drooling over this fab sunroom, not to mention the adorable rustic potting shed…

Absolutely no question, if this rockin’ mid-century pad was in my budget, I would scoop it up in a heartbeat! But it’s not, so I guess that means it’s meant for you!

2000 Rayner has 5 bedrooms & 2.5 baths in 3624 square feet. It sits on 1.170 acres in the lovely Hue Vista subdivision and is listed by Mike Cromie, Duffe-Nuemberger Realty, for $415,000.

If you’d like a buyer’s agent to show you this unique house, which also has a 4-car carport, give me a call! A similar property nearby went for $387,500 in 2012, so maybe you could swing a better deal!
