Some houses just have great curb appeal, and this 1969 Ballwin ranch is one of them. It also happens to have some fabulous retro flavor, which for some reason reminds me of the Brady Bunch. I guess it’s the pickled paneling and wood grain cabinets. Also the earthy colors and vaulted ceilings….

Alas, there is no classic Brady staircase in sight but this sweet little patio certainly has a vintage vibe…

I actually saw the real Brady Bunch house when I lived in Los Angeles, or at least the one used for the exterior shots. Fun fact: it’s really just a modest split-level with a fake window added to make it look like it has a second floor!
