My Latest Listings…running late!

I know, I know. I’ve officially hit the skids with keeping up on my blogging. Only so many hours in the day! I also spend so much time talking real estate that sometimes I feel like I don’t have a single word left to write down!

But alas, I’m enjoying this relatively quiet day and thought it would be a great time to catch up. Nothing fancy, just a quick recap of my latest listings.

First up is the gorgeous 1930s bungalow above. It’s on the market for the first time since 1948, and I’m thrilled to say that we found a buyer in just 2 days! 41 S Schlueter has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths in 2278sf. It also sits on an acre of land and is priced at only $105,000.

Nearby is another unique vintage home I listed recently….this contemporary 1973 chalet in the lovely Ferguson subdivision of Hunters Ridge. This house could use some TLC and updating but it offers SO much potential and space! If you like your modern architecture with a rustic Colorado vibe, don’t miss this place! Seller is motivated! 635 Hunters Ridge has 4 bedrooms & 2.5 baths in 2444sf. It sits on a private 1/3 acre and is listed for $175,000.

Finally, here are two neat listings coming soon…. If you’ve followed this blog for a while, you may remember this historical property out in Moscow Mills, above. Last time it was on market 2 years ago, we ran into a complicated title issue that has taken all this time to finally resolve. That’s all done with (thank goodness!) and the house is looking better than ever. So if you’re shopping for a charming homestead on 3 acres, at a very budget-friendly price, keep an eye out for this one. Should go active on May 30. 358 East 3rd Street has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths in 1650sf. It also has a large metal outbuilding and a playhouse with trap door and sliding board. 

Here’s another bargain gem that’s almost ready for market. Suburban homesteads like this are some of my favorite properties to sell, and this one has definitely been a labor of love. I drove by this house a million times as a kid and they always had a horse or two out back. Little did I know they also had a fantastic workshop/studio!
