Last spring I wrote about a cool old farmhouse in Warren County – an 1896 gem in mostly original condition – and I received numerous calls & emails. Long story short, the property never sold, but I stayed in touch with the owner and I’m happy to announce that this incredible slice of Missouri history is my latest listing!

Sitting on 12.42 rolling acres within walking distance of the Katy Trail, this Victorian-era country estate was built by the Huelhorst family (hence the street name) and it’s one of those amazing “time capsule” properties that just hasn’t changed much over the years.

The current owner bought it directly from the Huelhorsts and proceeded to do several major updates: HVAC, electric, plumbing, well. She also added a pond, built a one-car garage and fenced the entire property, but what’s left undone is a phenomenal project waiting to happen!
